If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp account to Inboxilo, you can request deletion of related account and message data at any time.
To request deletion, email the workspace owner or our support team with the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business account you want removed. We will disconnect the channel and delete associated credentials and retained conversation data, unless retention is required by law or security obligations.
You may also remove Inboxilo from your Meta account settings. Removing access stops future data collection from Meta, and you can contact us to delete data already stored in the workspace.
